🔒 The short version: We never see, collect, or store your financial data. All salary, tax, and mortgage calculations happen 100% in your browser. We only collect anonymous usage analytics (via Google Analytics) and voluntary email addresses if you subscribe.

Every number you type into a USAFinCalc calculator (income, mortgage amount, tax details, etc.) is processed entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers.

  • Close the tab and there's no record of what you calculated

In short: calculator use is private by design — the math never leaves your device. Ad display is not private by default — Google and our affiliate partners can set their own cookies per their own privacy policies, which we don't control. Both things are true on the same page, which is why we describe them separately rather than under one blanket claim.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send monthly finance digests. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We use a third-party email service provider (ESP) and do not sell email addresses to third parties.

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not used for marketing.

Ads and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to keep the site free. AdSense may use cookies to show ads based on your browsing history — these are Google's cookies, not ours, and we don't control them. We don't pass any personally identifiable information to Google for this purpose.
